I heard this on the news today - only 58 !! I have a couple of his CDs, a blues one with brass which I'm not so keen on, and 'Blues for Greeny' which seems an odd idea, but is a good listen. Fare ye well.

Peter Green gave him his Gibson Goldtop which turned him towards blues. Thus Blues For Greenie.

Had not heard until now. Sad news. My wife and I were big fans from the first time I heard him.

Very sad, not a huge Gary Moore solo fan but love Thin Lizzy! RIP man, hopefully you and Phil are writing new tunes where ever they are!
